Energy Central is a unique partnership between Arch and the Port of Blyth, encompassing a selection of strategic land development sites across the Blyth Estuary. Northumberland Energy Park Phase 3 is a prime location with expansive land development opportunities for businesses operating in the advanced manufacturing, offshore energy and marine sectors:

  • A service corridor provides quay access to Port of Blyth with deep-water and jack up barge capability, plus, access to four additional deep-water berths at Battleship Wharf.
  • A serviced rail link terminal to the UK local, branch and main rail networks.
  • The close proximity of National Grid and Northern Power Grid substations provides access to 12Mva power supply for the site with the potential to expand capacity to 20Mva should this be required.
