Description

Energy Central is a unique partnership between Arch and the Port of Blyth, encompassing a selection of strategic land development sites across the Blyth Estuary. Northumberland Energy Park Phase 2 is a Greenfield site, attractive to businesses operating in the offshore energy or logistics sector.

  • A service corridor provides quay access to Port of Blyth with deep-water and jack up barge capability plus acess to four additional deep-water berths at Battleship Wharf
  • A Local Development Order is in place to help fast track developments for offshore energy, marine and port related uses.
