Description |
The Offshore Technology Park (OTP) is operated by Shepherd Offshore. The Offshore Technology Park occupies approximately 21.5ha, with two key established tenants of the site, and users of the quay and crane facilities (Technip and GE Oil and Gas) occupying 62% of this. The quayside (including 2 x Hammerhead cranes and lay down) occupies approximately 1.95ha (9%). The remaining land is taken up with offices, access roads, car parking and landscaping.
