ResQ is an outsourced contact centre, specialising in making and receiving calls on behalf of major blue chip clients.
The company acts as an extension of its clients’ own capabilities, working across all industries and sectors to provide both inbound and outbound services including customer service, retention and acquisition.
The company was founded 13 years ago in Hull and in 2016 expanded, opening new premises in Seaham, County Durham. Starting with a staff of 12 at the Seaham site, the company grew rapidly and now employs 250 people in the North East.
There are plans for further expansion in the North East, with an aim to have more than 1,000 employees here.
