Marketing company Rocket 9 is expanding its Newcastle presence, as it looks to establish itself ‘as a top North East marketing agency’.
The firm, which provides managed services to E-gaming operators, has let a 6,770 sq ft office space in Bevan House, Newcastle Great Park.
The move follows the recent letting to Bede Gaming of the entire 12,449 sq ft second floor, also in Bevan House.
Stephen Hare at Rocket 9 said: “We have invested a large amount of capital into the fit-out and refurbishment of ground floor offices at Bevan House to create an impressive office environment for both employees and clients of Rocket 9.
“We have ambitious plans to grow our team and develop our client base over the next few years working closely with our development partner, Bede Gaming.
“We are looking forward to working in a modern and stylish office environment at Bevan House and establishing Rocket 9 as a top North East marketing agency and industry leader in e-gaming managed services.”
The letting is agreed as a new FRI lease for a 10-year term and a rent review at the end of year five, although further terms remain confidential.
Chris Pearson, partner at Gavin Black & Partners who on the deal, added: “These lettings show how the market has picked up this year. This is a great building in a very good location with immediate access to the A1 Western bypass, the international airport and public transport.
“For a young company the excellent workspace in Bevan House will reflect on Rocket 9’s aspirations.”
