We assess your need. This includes understanding the values of your company and marrying the requirements for environmental, social and governance to agree a brief for a search. We will provide a long list of opportunities. We agree with you on a short list of potential properties, outline occupancy cost and negotiate terms and conditions. We report on progress and ffinalise with a recommended option with an estimate of the cost of annual occupancy.
Should the option include a new building or adaptation of an existing building, we can agree with you on the formation and appointment of a design and construction team. We will secure consent for planning, building regulations and other government and statutory requirements. This may include financial budgets, assistance with funding, or securing an investor and agreeing lease terms. We will manage the process through to the completion of construction and handover for occupation.
