We have an established network of existing business services companies covering disciplines such as legal, accountancy, financial services and digital. This cluster is keen to work with new businesses locating to the region and there are many opportunities to take advantage of partnerships, business development and support services.
Invest North East England can provide a range of services, including property searches, data on skills and guidance on incentives, as well as making introductions to specialist networks that can offer guidance and links to potential customers, opportunities and research and development support.
The region offers regular meet-ups across all sub-sectors – including marketing, finance and general networking – from breakfast seminars to all-day conferences. There is also an extensive network of specific support for the financial, professional and business services sector.
The North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC), TEDCO, The North East Fund, UMI and Maven provide business support and guidance, finance and incentives to businesses of all sizes.
The North East Contact Centre Awards, presented on a yearly basis, celebrates the contribution of the contact centre sector in the region and the role it plays in growing the economy.

Dynamo was established in 2013 and is an industry led membership organisation with the core mission to ‘Grow the North East Tech Economy’ through collaboration, innovation, skills. It facilitates the growth of tech companies within the region through events, newsletters, networking and other activities.
